The Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40 is a versatile hunting riflescope combining a practical 3-9x magnification range with a 40mm objective and V-Plex reticle. Designed for dependable field use, it features fully multi-coated optics, a fast-focus eyepiece, and resettable capped MOA turrets in a rugged 1-inch tube.

The fully multi-coated lenses use multiple anti-reflective coatings across all air-to-glass surfaces to increase light transmission and provide a bright, clear sight picture. The V-Plex reticle sits in the second focal plane, maintaining a consistent appearance throughout the magnification range and providing an all-purpose configuration suited to a variety of hunting applications.

A single-piece aircraft-grade aluminum tube provides strength and rigidity while helping maintain alignment. The hard-anodized matte finish offers a durable, low-glare exterior, while nitrogen purging and O-ring sealing provide waterproof and fogproof performance. The scope is also built to withstand recoil and impact in demanding field conditions.

Capped resettable turrets provide 1/4 MOA adjustment graduations and allow the shooter to re-index the turrets to zero after sighting in. The fast-focus eyepiece allows quick reticle focusing, while the 3.9-inch eye relief provides comfortable positioning behind the optic.
